Pheltz and I offered a big contract to Clowney in FA knowing full well he could be sitting on his couch come season start. The only comments made were that others wouldn’t have done the same, which is what it should be. I never said do the Shark Tank now but the reality is, unless you're waiting until week 1 kickoff, you're not gonna get an answer on who is making the roster As far as Clowney, he is also an established talent, there is no mystery on how good he is unlike a rookie.
