QBIso Posted December 14, 2020 Share Posted December 14, 2020 I always like the idea of getting a coach with a very specific scheme. I kinda thought he would be good based on his calm demeanor and the fact that he came from a very successful schematic system. Also I love that he cals our offense. We don’t have to worry about our OC leaving for a different job or something like that. Our HC is in-tune with the team and has the respect of his peers and players.
