Making thread play much more important. Write ups could be completely altered. Something @Malfatron picked up on and repeatedly stated. But didnt become widely adopted. Characters were unreliable. There were 2 good guys on scum and 2 bad guys. On the town side I made sure to include some bad guys as well. Roles were not a way to scum hunt. Instead of having a typical gamut there were a lot of very similar roles 4 x adoptive type roles 1 paranoid/ 1 full cop 2 trackers Multiple vig type roles Mafia was very underpowered. The ratio was 70/30, with the ability for them to (longshot) convert hobo. That said, their biggest weapon was all the confusion above and it was working nicely. Gameplay I think the structure of the game was working how it was designed. For the most part scum was skating by and town was crazy confused. Mafia was doing amazing with causing confusion. Everything was looking great. But then @Blue tampered with the night results and it through mafia for a loop. Pickle, who had been playing well, completely butchered that interaction/trap and scum kind of spiraled from there. From that point on it felt like mafia was really struggling to stay out of crosshares. Some of that was just unlucky redirects/targets/etc... but all of them started getting consistent moves at that point. Host mistakes Not putting the alignment in the PMs except for scum/indy. They were in my original doc, but I didnt copy that column. I should have put it in the original wincon post. The Malf>Whicker>Swag was cheap and I should not have allowed it. My descriptions I wrote in my file had all the hidden information, so I didnt copy/paste the full section. Due to that, some people were confused by how their moves worked. Mainly I had a mix up with PR that possibly influnced the game.
