What exactly was the purpose of that? Bizarre behavior, regardless of the outcome of this case. Like, it's empty and you're just trying to crush with with your quads while driving to get some exercise in? Or it's full and you're trying to warm it up so you can pretend to be British? What actually was the purpose of that can in this scenario? There is rumors that he was using it as a spitter for chew.

In the sense that it's still a completely moronic decision to choose a beer can for that. And also gross. But i guess would at least sorta explain what it was doing there. Just really shouldn't be that hard to make better decisions though. Not put yourself in that situation. Find a different spitter for your gross habit like normal people who are driving. The police stole the test from neurologists, who use the test to inspect for cerebellar dysfunction...which is one of the parts of the brain effected by alcohol. Confused.. didn't it say a DWI? As in driving while intoxicated? Also, by definition if it wasnt a registered firearm it wasnt a legal firearm technically

Never apologized or anything like that, because he didn’t do anything wrong. He was innocent from the jump. There was no PR move to get out in front of it. People need to hold judgements until they get all of the facts. He apologized for the Applewhite situation when it happened so it shows when he is in the wrong he will take accountability.

Doesn't matter if it's registered or if you have a CCL - if you've been drinking and you have a gun, you're unlawfully carrying it (and you'll lose your CCL for 3-5 years).

He's done nothing but be an upstanding person and player. Quite the amusing character off the field and a pretty down to earth guy around town from the stories I've seen and read online.
