Because he can grow going into his third year. Plus, the Ravens traded away a TE and added more WRs, so I think they open things up on offense this year. I'll use some 12 sets and 3 TE sets and FB sets too, but I'm putting the best 11 on the field for my base offense. Also, Hopkins and Evans are almost TE sized.
