It will help dictate who comes on the field when you go 4 lineman for dime and quarter and maybe nickel. So if you have a run stuffing NT he isn't the one rushing the passer on 3rd down. You can also have your OLB's drop to be your Rush DE's. Running a 4-3, mine won't change. But if you don't have a long snapper on your team I would assume you special teams is turrible when we are actually voting on each others teams.
