I honestly thought Vrana was significantly younger than Mantha but, holy hell, Mantha is younger than I thought and Vrana is older lmao. You're 100% correct on that. That was Pulju's game before going back to Finland. To Pulju's credit, he really matured when he went back. He figured out what he needed to do to succeed in the NHL and worked on it. Maclellan and eventually Hitchcock both took crap for trying to get him to play that way, but like Torts they were right. Fortunately for the Oilers, Pulju was on his ELC and at that point didn't have that much success in the NHL so he needed to change.
