I get what your saying and I'd hate to use this phrase but... rules are rules. I'm sure if he was intentionally trying to hurt the Punter there would be consequences but that wasn't the case.
 
Besides, if you get called for false start, you shouldn't still be getting beat that bad anyhow.

I've always thought in my head -- if Dak was playing for almost any other team he would've gotten more criticism and wouldn't be in the position to command so much money. That's not to say he's bad, but he's not a star QB nor does he have that "it" factor.

Basically, I don't think he's bad, but I also don't see how hes better than Alex Smith...
