When I do that I feel far more confident about our chances to eventually click and become the team we need to be come playoff time. No offense to Flacco, but if he can do it and Dilfer could do it, it can definitely be done by Lamar. As long as the offense can be risk averse and stay on schedule, this special teams and defense should be able to get us to the promise land... as long as we don’t have to face a splashy offense. That last one was a positive play to make an easy FG. No need to try to convert a 3rd and 17 there. Yea, the ball as at the 37, you make the FG easier there by taking the 9 yard completion.
