I hope not but I personally had Lamb, Jefferson and Jeudy as my Top 3 last year. I wanted nothing to do with Ruggs. So when they didn't trade up for Lamb and then didn't draft Jefferson. Oy. So I hope they don't make that mistake again. Waddle will likely go mid to late in the 1st round. If I were the Jets I would trade out the #2 pick, get a haul and draft Waddle with their second first round pick to add weapons for their QB. I like Smith and Chase A LOT though. I'm on the Draft Smith train this year. I'll be happy with any of the top 3 at the end of the day. We need playmakers period. I don't think that is set is stone and our first rd pick could reflect the new HC's philosophy towards whatever style they want to bring/create here. Is there realistically anyone else we could take at 6 that wouldn't be considered a reach? Honestly I would be totally fine with trading down into the mid 1st and drafting a LB.
