Believe me, I wasn't a fan of signing him initially, or of giving him the extension, but at his worst, he was still better than what Diggs played with before. This performance is great, but if this was against one of the elite teams it’s evident we don’t produce. The football Gods have blessed us with a possible top 10 receiver to go on the other side with a fully healthy Adam thielen. We need a Qb that can deliver, when the pocket is clean or if it’s dirty with defenders. We also need improved play calling from our simple minded coach that believes running the football on 2nd and 10 is the right option a majority of the time. Because I'll guarantee that stuff is said in each and every game, but you just never hear it with 70,000 people in the stands. No, based on the fact that he is a GREAT receiver with a swagger to match. I guarantee you we will see frustration from him if we choose to target him 3 times a game and we shave a losing record. It’s not being a diva, it’s frustration when you know in your heart of hearts that if you are given opportunities you will make positive changes. Doesn't mean he wasn't their best available option at the time. And Kirk has been pretty good this year against good teams too.
