Could keep the forms as is. Claims get sent to a sheet. Once time is done, the claims get filtered and players awarded. Any players unclaimed go to UFA. Due to the schedule, they may not be available in UFA until the next round. Waivers between UFA rounds 1 and 2. 48 hour claim time. Filter and award players. Load claimed players to rosters and unclaimed to UFA for round 3 of UFA.

In this would a losing teams bid refresh or would the claim number still add up? so if my claim number was 32 and another team with higher claim get them would my second bid default to 32 or would that remain at 64? Yes. Team with the 32nd claim spot. 1st claim = #32 2nd = #64 3rd = #96 Etc. When you are at the top of the order, you lowest claim number is your player that would be yours.

mountainpd
Tampa will probably trade one of our young corners today. Very high value. Very low salary cap hit . Posting this to try and get optimum value, will accept player plus offers but offer must include picks. sparky151
I'd be ok doing it the same way the NFL does. Yes, Jacksonville could claim every player they wanted but that's how it works in real life. Much simpler to administer.

I've only made one claim so far, for Edwards while the 4 teams ahead of me had all made claims on other players. The WW results page shows Cincy getting someone named Stephen Carlson but I didn't submit a claim for him, indeed have never heard of him. Yeah I think there were a number of claims showing which were not submitted hence the refresh. All the WW players are sitting in UFA pool currently which is where the blind bits are sitting but should probably revert back to WW soon. sparky151
No, it operates year round. So players getting cut now can be claimed on waivers if they don't have 3 vested seasons.

squire12
Players that are cut and then claimed on waivers, the claiming team inherits the previous contract as well. Players with 4 or more years go right to UFA https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ganggreennation.com/platform/amp/2020/9/6/21424990/how-nfl-waivers-work
