Rico and Bailey are solid players and both should land on another team easily. Rico was one of the smartest players on the field at any given time he was like a QB back there. He just wasn't athletic enough to take advantage of it sadly. If he had the athleticism and talent to match his brains he would be a Pro Bowler or All Pro. He is also the type of guy that when he does retire he will be a GREAT COACH if he chooses to do it.
