PG - Chris Paul / TJ McConnell

SG - Luka Doncic / Donte Divincenzo

SF - Michael Porter Jr / Andrew Wiggins

PF - Chris Boucher / Kyle Kuzma

C - Rudy Gobert / Mason Plumlee

I like my team given the last two guys will be deep bench/role players.  I have versatility and solid two way players up and down.  4 of my 5 starters are plus defenders. 4 of my 5 starters are plus shooters. and I have two guys that can run the offense.  Paul has played with another ball dominant guard in Harden so I think he would fit in well next to Luka.  Porter can score as a third option and has enough D around him to protect him even with his improved defensive numbers this year.  Wiggins is similar to Porter in that he can score and his improving D will be protected by those around him.  I have some solid defenders coming off the bench other than Wiggins and all have the ability to score, although won't be depended upon to do so.  I can go smaller with Gobert on the bench late in games if needed due to FT shooting with Boucher moving to C and Porter/Kuzma at the 4.  Wish I had more shooting/scoring off the bench but Plumlee, Divincenzo and Kuzma are all capable outside shooters.

Is it? Dude was benched by a pretty mediocre Bulls team.

That Bulls team is a mess and he has started 26/31 games for them this year. PER36 he's averaging 16 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 block while shooting 52% FG and 36% 3FG. They desperately need a playmaking guard which is why they were reportedly so interested in trading for Lonzo Ball.

Coby White and Zach LaVine are decent playmakers but they're score first guards. Their best passer/creator is Tomas Satoransky. Carter has also dealt with some injuries and has been on a dumpster fire team. I'm not saying he's a great player but he's certainly a good backup big at worst.

Bobby Portis gives me another versatile big who can play the 4 or the 5, but can also stretch the defense shooting 48% from 3 pt this year, and is a different kind of player than Hachimura, so the two can complement each others bench roles down low.

The Dumpster Fire
Trae Young / Patrick Beverly
Viktor Oladipo / Immanuel Quickley
Kawhi Leonard / Harrison Barnes
Julius Randle / Rui Hachimura / Bobby Portis
Clint Capela / Jonas Valanciunas

PG - James Harden / Darius Garland

SG - Donovan Mitchell / RJ Barrett / JJ Reddick

SF - De'Andre Hunter / Josh Hart

PF - Larry Nance Jr. / PJ Washington Jr.

C - Myles Turner / Daniel Theis

Not sure how Garland lasted so long, guys having a really good second year. I've built my team to be able to switch and the spacing should be incredible. 5 guys on the court at all times that can hit 3s.
