Makes it impossible for Hill to play well enough to get the deal to exercise. If it was $20M/year and Hill played out of his mind he might have been locked into something for less than he'd want, and since the intent is to be voidable with no guarantee that means Hill would be signing away years for no security. Feels like NO is trolling the concept of the salary cap.
