Its a deal where he's probably going to do exactly what you think he's going to do, but I don't see a lot of upside to exceed the contract either. Money will depend on whether or not it's a bad deal, but I expect everything to make sense. Money, player team. But it's just Meh. He doesn't play against the run and is what we already have cheaper in Maxx Crosby, except smaller and less athletic. He is also not a character profile I see being as ideal in Vegas and I could see backfiring pretty easily especially if this is an overpay.
