Yes, they got better and younger which I'm sure he was hoping for. Also got rid of some guys he wasn't getting on with. These trades in a way remind me of the year the Cavs traded for a bunch of players at the deadline in like 08. They got West/Wallace/Smith/Wally/etc. Just completely revamped the roster and it worked out well for them. They came super close to beating the Celtics in the 2nd round.
