The rookie running back has seen a well-documented bump in touches since the departure of Adrian Peterson, but his performance Sunday was arguably the best of his career. Filling the envisioned satellite back role perfectly, Kamara became New Orleans' best option in both the running and passing game, rushing five times for 87 yards and a touchdown, and catching six passes for 101 yards and another score. Think about that: 188 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns on just 11 touches. Rarely does a player make such an impact in so few opportunities, and it's even more uncommon to see a rookie doing it. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000883102/article/nfl-week-12-what-we-learned-from-sundays-games Peterson today...? 20 rushes for 79 yards. zero td's. Sadly, that may be one of Peterson's better games this year.

vike daddy
Come back to us, Marcus Peters. After the Chiefs were called for defensive holding on a Jets' 2-point conversion attempt with 2:10 to play, Peters picked up a penalty flag and fired it into the Meadowlands crowd, an embarrassing loss of composure. As officials sorted out Peters' mess, he disappeared into the Chiefs locker room even though he wasn't ejected from the game. On the Chiefs' ensuing drive, CBS cameras spotted Peters jogging back to the K.C. sideline with cleats on ... but no socks. It was a really bad look for both player and team and it neatly summed up the state of affairs for the once-swaggering Chiefs. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000886960/article/nfl-week-13-takeaways-from-sundays-early-games
SemperFeist
I’m confident in saying that Waynes is developing into a better cornerback than Peters.

vike daddy
The Patriots, with their win over the Bills, have now won their 10th game of the year. That marks the fifteenth straight season of 10 or more wins for the Patriots. It’s only one season short of the all-time record of 16 straight 10-win seasons, set by the 49ers from 1983 through 1999. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/12/04/patriots-post-double-digit-wins-for-15-straight-seasons/

It’s really the only record left to dethrone San Francisco as the all time dynasty.

SemperFeist
I wonder if Jackson is really safe for 2018 as Haslam said. I feel like Dorsey is a guy who’s going to want his guy at Head Coach, and with 4 games left there’s still plenty of time for Haslam to reverse course.
