Agreed. But I'd prefer to take a patient approach with Carr and not jump the gun on an extension. We will have a lot of dead money over the next few years. One thing I liked about Reggie was he paid for players like he only had a debit card. I know that they're familiar with the system but neither guy has really practiced with our defense and got zero preseason action. Tough matchup against the most dynamic player in the league.
