I'd agree with the thought Baker play has been really good generally majority of games but not necessarily so in the big moments in the game when quality play matters most. And big moment misses against Kansas City weren't injury related.

There have been times when the OLine and play calls hasn't given Baker a chance to thrive.

I and many others the film eval world have made the points about the bad miss to a wide open Njoku on the 3rd to last drive against Kansas City in big pressure moment, as well as the really bad ball to a wide open to the sideline Anthony Schwartz where the ball placement allowed the DB to disrupt a coming back to hung inside ball to Schwartz.

Those weren't injury related.

There's been others that have talked about Baker holding the ball to much on money downs.

Long story short is. The concerns of missing wide open guys in the Jets game last year has continued into this year. This year it very well may be an injury thing.

Let's hope so. And let's hope he can get healthy enough to start hitting those throws if it is a left shoulder preventing him from doing so. But if it's not the shoulder it's not good.
