I'm so pumped for this game. I'm flying into KC Saturday night and will be in attendance. For some reason this feels a little different than when we've gone up against KC before idk if it's because it's early in the season or because they are 2-2 but I have a weird feeling the Bills are going to take this game. I'm sure they have a chip on their shoulder from last year and this would help them a bit getting over it.

KC's defense has been very underwhelming this year, while the Bills offense is averaging 39.3 PPG the last (3) weeks.  I see the Bills continuing the trend and scoring at least 31 points Sunday night.

The key is going to be KC's O vs the Bills D. Buffalo currently has the best defense in the NFL statistically but we haven't really played anyone worth mentioning. HOWEVER, that shouldn't take away from what they've done because the Dolphins and Texans have played other teams and none of those teams shut down the offense and pitched a shut out.

I'm going 35-31 Buffalo. Both teams have dynamic offenses but the Bills defense is better so that's the edge I see.

Well I assume you had a hell of a time tonight. I bet you represented Bills Mafia well. Go Bills!

So amazing game by the bills last night that is a key win. I think it was big to shut the media up for doubting them ie Nick Wright but overall just another week for the Bills. This will help when it comes to going after the 1 seed.

The good, the bills defense was stifling. Rousseau, a guy who I was against drafting do to his raw ability and only playing 1 season in college has definitely changed my mindset. He had another productive week and this guy is the difference maker we needed in the front 4. Edmunds and oliver showed up last night proving their value for a 1st rd pick. Back to back solid performances for edmunds is giving him reasons to get that pay day some people have questioned.

Josh Allen making some plays on offense that once again defy all things a typical qb cant do.

The bad, 3 turnovers to produce only 7 points is disappointing. Yes we posted some solid points but we blew it and left at least 11 points off the board because of stupid mistakes. I think the referees and Collinsworth were over the top biased towards KC but the bills got to play better then that. The NFL truly needs to look in to some of these refs as they were calling holds that were very tikky takky and shouldnt have been called especially on a big game like this. Diggs no holding calls on multiple occasions was also as bad. Collinsworth called out the roughing the passer on clark yet the previous play was a holding call that was made up and not once did it look like it and JA ran for the 1st down on it. Yet he continued to call out the refs when it was not in KC favor but ignored the Bills bad calls.

Big win and they need to stay hungry and humble for next MNF. FYI for those who dont know espn 2 with the Mannings are definitely more entertaining commentator then the 3 on espn if your looking to enjoy the game with unbiased commentating thats where you need to watch it. Plus would be interesting to see what Peyton says about JA.

Rousseau and Josh Co-MVPs this week.

What a great game. We are GOOD.

Can we throw a coach in there cause Frazer isnt getting enough love. Knowing that blitzing doesn't necessarily mean that works as he didn't rush and he knew when to rotate neal in and klein out and vise versa. He coached a heck of a game against one of the best qbs in the league. He pushed the idea that hill and hardman cant beat them deep and forced kc to run the ball and they couldnt. Love the constant rotation on the dline too.

While Groot was great i cant give him MVP of the game. Non of his great plays significantly impacted the game. The sack was a loss of 1 yard top. Mahomes just gave himself up. And the INT was terrific but all it did was take some time off the board as our offense went 3 and out and gave ball right back. So even with him making great plays defending the run, sacking Mahomes, picking him off... none of them turned out to be a game changer.

Micah Hyde on other hand did have those game changers... the pick 6 was huge. And he was blanketing Tyreek whenever he got deep.

The offense has put up points, but some of that is due to the defense getting a ton of TOs. We can't expect the defense to give us 5 turnovers this week. They need to be efficient in the red zone. Allen has to be on point, and not allow the atmosphere to make him timid. I swear I can see it in his eyes early on in a game, haha. So, while I'm happy they're starting to put up points again and Allen is starting to settle in- we need long sustained drives that end in TDs. The red zone inefficiency we saw in the first half last week ain't going to cut it against a top tier team. The defense can't be expected to hold the offense above water against KC. Also, the pass protection needs to improve and get the running game involved early. No fumbles, either! Singletary is hella lucky none of his fumbles have turned into turnovers this year.

The defense has faced about the easiest competition they could face. I'm not surprised they've destroyed the QBs they've faced. They've done that for a while now. I want to see how they play against a top tier offense before I call them elite. I said before the season they'd statistically be a top-10 unit this year based on the teams we're playing. If they show up- and slow down the juggernaut that is KC- then I'll be thoroughly impressed. KC is going to put up points, but the D needs to make some key stops and cause a turnover or two.

McD also needs to do a much better job against Reid. Reid has owned McD these past few matchups. McD needs to be aggressive on 4th down. That timid **** we saw in the AFC championship game last year ain't going to cut it. Play to win, not just to stay in the game.

I think the atmosphere gets to Allen a bit, and it takes the offense too long to settle in- much like last week except we're not playing a bottom of the barrel team this week. The defense looks better, but Mahomes does Mahomes things in the spotlight, and they are unable to slow him down enough. Final score:

KC- 31

Buffalo- 24

I hope I'm proven wrong!

Being wrong has never been sweeter.

The defense was INCREDIBLE. The front four was getting consistent pressure, and the secondary was on point. Good luck scoring any points on us if the front 4 can play like they did on Sunday night. Oh, and best of all? They played aggressive and laying the smack down on who ever touched the ball.

Just note- the Chiefs ran WAY more plays than Buffalo. A lot of iffy calls went their way early on that extended their drives or killed ours on third down. If the refs put the whistles away like they SHOULD, then I'm not sure KC puts up more than 13 points. Of course, we killed the turnover battle, but that seems like a trend that isn't going to die anytime soon.

The offense was potent, but stalled a bit in the second half. I still think they're finding their groove. Still, I can't scoff at 38 points even if it is against a less than stellar defense (UNDERSTATEMENT). But- the defense gets the ball of the game for me. What a performance. Wow.

Well I disagree that he didn't significantly impact the game. Sacks are overrated, I look at consistent pressures, especially against a guy like Mahomes who evades and maneuvers the pocket well. Greg in particular had a bunch of great plays against the run as well (I'd have to go back and watch but I distinctly remember a great run stop where he used his length to his advantage), was getting pressure, and the most important play being that INT that happened deep in the red zone. Any hope of KC regaining momentum was lost.

Cover1 seems to agree: https://www.cover1.net/4-biggest-takeaways-from-bills-monster-38-20-win-vs-chiefs/

Maybe I'm elevating him a little too high but he stood out to me all evening.

Hyde's play was great too, no question. The nice thing about all this, we played so well we're discussing how many candidates positively affected the outcome. Having a difficult decision on who the MVP should be is definitely a breath of fresh air for us haha!

I agree. I also don’t think the offense failing to do anything with Rousseau turnover should be a negative on him.

If the Chiefs even get a field goal that drive followed by the TD they got a few minutes later, the game is 31-23 with almost a whole quarter to go.
