THE DUKE
I thought Karras would get more than that
THE DUKE
Now go get Collins
THE DUKE
LT: The Jonah, Fred Johnson LG: Jackson Carman, Hakeem Adeniji C : Ted Karras, Trey Hill RG: Alex Cappa RT: D'ante Smith, Isaiah Prince Our line as it stands right now. Upgrade RT, try to bring back Spain to battle it out with Carman. Do those two things and you can cut Prince and Adeniji, and would have Smith and Johnson battling it out for the 3rd OT.
ochocinco4pres
Agreed. Get a true RT like Collins and that opens the draft up too. Hell bring back Spain and let him start at LG or battle with Carman
Beck Bristow
Is Karras a center, guard or to be determined? I like the flexibility here. Leaves room for Hopkins, Spain or a drafted center.

Resign Spain and he can be C. Sign Ben Jones and he plays LG
THE DUKE
The majority of Karras' snaps have been at center, but he has played all 3 IOL positions.
Johnny Nix
Love what we are doing so far
Beck Bristow
LT: Jonah Williams, Hakeem Adeniji LG: Ted Karras, Jackson Carman C : Trey Hopkins, Trey Hill RG: Alex Cappa RT: D'ante Smith, Isaiah Prince Looking like what we have for now. Would like to see a veteran tackle, prefer Collins. Also will probably see another IOL drafted. Still room to sign/draft a starter and cut Hopkins. DaPatsKid98
You guys got a good one in Karras. Congrats 🍾 he was so versatile and a darn good player when asked to step in. He spent a lot of his time this season at left guard. At $5M per, great value for a starting interior lineman and a great get to go along with Cappa.
Beck Bristow
Apparently we are Tendering Fred Johnson. Strange. He's been here awhile and not played much.

I thought that was odd when he was a healthy scratch most of the year.

sparky151
Yeah, tendering Fred Johnson doesn't make any sense. Nobody would pay him 2.4 mil on the open market and the Bengals could sign a better, more experienced player later in free agency as a backup. THE DUKE
Fred is still just 24, maybe they think he still has potential? Maybe they were hiding an injury last year? I don't know, I agree it's weird.
