The Giants are definitely in the market for a TE (I think we only have 1 on the roster right now, and he's not very good), but they are bargain hunting. He is essentially an inline TE2 that has enough wiggle to occasionally get behind the defense for big gains. But I just dont know how you can justify that bag. Waller's contract was absurdly team friendly from day one. The man never should've signed that. But honestly, the TE market is so backwards to me even discounting Waller. It feels like there's a huge gap in production between the elite TEs and the so-so ones, but the market does not reflect that at all.
