How many elite QB's struggle with accuracy? He wants to be so great that he couldn't beat out Emory Jones to start and then sucked when he finally got the chance? People automatically looping Richardson in with every QB with a huge arm who busted isn't warranted. Absolutely there are major concerns and inconsistencies with him as a prospect, but at least he has the required mental makeup and isn't purely just a physical specimen. Work ethic + willing to stick in the pocket are such important factors for young QBs and he has those. Pairing that either his generational physical makeup and the risk is absolutely worth it.
