If I had to take an early guess of 5 teams that will be picking in the top 5-6 range I would pick the Jazz, Spurs, OKC, Rockets and Pistons. Rudy was 21 when he was drafted and he had filled out quite a bit. I don't see why Victor can't gain that much size in 2-3 years. Now Rudy is a behemoth. Victor probably will never get that size, but he could be a little bigger than rookie Gobert for his entire career. I think the dude is going to be a freak. This draft cycle is going to be a little different because a lot of the top guys (Vic, Scoot, Thompson twins) aren't playing college basketball.
