Evan Engram has been a fantasy MVP for me after having to deal with the Kyle Pitts shenanigans all season.

But all jokes aside, yeah if they get a true #1 next year to supplement those pieces that would be pretty fun

Obviously Trevor has been average this year. Just feel like getting that alpha will help him take that leap we need to see.

Yesterday we were throwing a fade in the end zone to gawd damn Marvin Jones who was being covered by Surtain. That has like 5% chance of being completed but that’s where our offense is right now when it comes to the RZ.

Trevor struggles down there and we don’t have a guy that can make a play on the ball, even after investing heavily in the position. Nobody can beat man coverage besides Engram. They are all schemed open.

You don’t give up on a QB like Lawrence this early, especially given that rookie trial by fire he had. When you have a guy that legit has talent that far surpasses Patrick Mahomes, Dan Marino, John Elway - you work at it. Lawrence has just shown that much.

🤣

This is a worse take then "Ladainian Tomlinson is overrated because he might get injured" from years ago

The LT thing was funny because it was hypothetical. Lawrence has actually proven to be more talented than any player that’s ever stepped on the field (including non-QBs).

Trevor still has a chance. Doug needs another year to really build that team up. I'm not thrilled that Baalke is around, but whatever. I think people in this day and age of hype were expecting the Jaguars to completely turn the operation after the Urban Meyer fiasco.

34 of Gardner’s 37 TD’s with the Jags came when they were behind. There’s a reason why he isn’t a starter.

Just about any QB would be scoring TD’s from behind on those terrible Jags teams. So that argument really doesn’t move the needle for me. Minshew was replaced by Lawrence who was supposed to be a “generational prospect” (but has been far from it so far) and Minshew is now behind a guy in Philly that appears to be a legit MVP candidate. Seems that is the reason he isn’t getting a chance to start at this moment in time.

Gardner being behind Jalen doesn’t make him good. 😂

You should probably watch him play rather than looking at box scores. They can be deceiving.
