It's a mistake and shows that this team and coaches have no accountability.  You can screw up in a huge way and keep your job in GB.  Serious teams like the Eagles make major changes to their staff responsibilities in week 15, while teams like the Packers stick with the status quo after getting humiliated by middling, and below average QB's.

The Eagles are paying a DC to not call plays instead of firing them. That's what you want?

If GB had a Matt Patricia on staff, Barry would not be employed today.  They don't.  MLF sees the playoffs are still in reach and is prioritizing winning.  This isn't that hard to undestand.

They are doing what they think is best to win games.  They felt they needed a new signal caller and made the move.  Unfortunately the Packers staff is so woeful that they don't even have that option.
