Can't decide which team botched this more - Atlanta for dropping an easy game when they're tied for the division, or the Panthers screwing up their attempt to tank by winning a meaningless game.

The panthers are starting PJ walker. They are trying to Tank

I'm proud of this team though.  They did all they could on offense to lose this game.  PJ should have been picked off like 3 times, 2 of those going for touchdowns.  But Falcons out-sucked us.  Can't be mad at that.

Both are painful, but I think I enjoy sucking from the start more than sucking in the 4th quarter and choking away a winnable game.

Exactly.

David Tepper must be pulling out his his hair wondering what the hell more he has to do to secure a top pick to finally draft the franchise QB he's been desperate for. He's already tried jettisoning his best offensive player (and one of his better receivers), naming one of the worst HCs in recent memory to be interim coach, and starting a camp body tier QB.

I think most people already forgot Atlanta was many people's favorite to be the worst team in the league. Don't let 4 wins trick you into believing they're better than Carolina and should be expected to win on the road. Both teams have bottom 5 rosters. This game was a coin flip on who could suck less.

Definitely true.

Atlanta's record is a huge byproduct of their ridiculously weak SOS.  They're -1 in close wins/losses, and -18 in point differential.  They're a 3/4 win team right now.  Carolina might be slightly better than their record indicates, but they're pretty much the same team as Atlanta right now.
