I didn't see all the personnel but it was a way to get extra fast guys to pitch to since it doesn't matter if they aren't eligible for a pass. It's pretty smart. I bet we see someone else do this one day, the issue is finding time to practice such a trivial damn thing. I think it's illegal at every single level now but the A11 offense was a thing in HS for a while.
