If you want to quit a job you "resign" If someone signs a new contract with you, they "re-sign". Also, the Core of something is the nucleus. For example, "the RB core is MVP + CT" The Corps (if you're talking about a position) is everyone at that position. So the "RB Corps" is every RB on the roster. Sorry, these little things add up.
