Couple people hopped out the truck, then lastly the driver. Wearing a Hokies jacket. I climbed in my Ford. Thaiphoon Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Can i ask a favor? The FCS Championship is coming up. NDSU is playing EW (Eastern Washington). NDSU has won it 6 times. They won 5 in a row until JMU knocked them out of the playoffs in 2016 (whereby JMU won the championship) and then beat JMU 17-13 in last year's championship to take the 6th natty in 7 years. Its impressive what they have accomplished. And most (and I stress most) NDSU fans are nice, humble people and the best to tailgate with. Sadly, the other 5-10% of the NDSU nation are a bunch of passive aggressive loads who love to stomp all over discussions about other things to remind people how great their team is. To give you a pro football analogy -> imagine in FF there being a thread discussing how good stadiums are...their amenities...the gameday experience...tailgating. Just a discussion about the NFL stadiums themselves. And then someone from the Pats coming in and saying "yeah but how many of these stadiums have hosted their conference championship X out of Y years?" (bragging about how good their team is in a thread about stadiums and just generally stomping all over any discussion).
