It must suck bc you have a championship defense every year but Kirby hasn’t had a championship type offense since you had Chub, Michel and Swift in the backfield together. Wasn’t he hired away two years after we won the the division & after we had 2 winning seasons in a row for the first time since the 90s? We’ve had this discussion before, 4/5 years ago. Yes, it sucked to lose McVay but at that point Jay Gruden had done nothing to lose his job. He had two winning seasons in a row, won the division, nearly beat the Packers in a playoff game and had Kirk Cousins playing at a pro bowl level.
