He was alright. Michael Johnson at DE. Very meh. I take some exception with Dhani Jones at LB. He was in the realm of pretty good. I'd sub in Nick Vigil at LB. Corner is difficult. They've invested so heavily into that position that their starts have all been better than warm bodied in recent history. Even guys like Terrance Newman, Dre Kirkpatrick, Tory James, etc - all more than serviceable. You'd have to dive down to CB3/4 to find a true warm body. KGB was definitely good, not many had the get off that he had in his prime. Mike Neal, probably fits. Nick Perry is interesting, because he was banged up all the time, but when he was healthy, he was about equivalent to Preston Smith. But then he gets hurt in 2018, and never signs with anyone. He made about 7 million dollars that season, then rode off into the sunset. But I could be judging mediocrity incorrectly on the DL as well. I am probably just not remembering anyone. Was Vonnie Holliday mediocre? Dean Lowry and TJ Slaton? I think they were kind of good. Maybe I am overrating the middling players I like and disregarding the ones that I don't? Also, I think Samkon Gado is a Urologist in St Louis. I had a massive kidney stone a few years ago, and probably should have tried to see him. LOL.
