TitanLegend
Given the age of our WR room, and also contract situations(DHop, Boyd, NWI all on 1 year deals/last year of their deal), it'll be fascinating to see what we do next off-season. Clearly fixing the offensive line and defense in terms of the long term was the focus this off season. Obviously if DHop and Boyd play well you can just re-sign them and run with them again in 26 to avoid having to do a complete rebuild of the position, but Ridley is the only guy we're committed to beyond this coming season at the position. I'm a bit surprised one of our first two picks wasn't used on a receiver given this, but I obviously have no idea what their draft board looked like and Latham and Sweat may have just been BPA(and also filled needs). Happy with what they've given Levis to work with this year, but still can't help but be super interested in what their long term plan will be for the WR position.

Wouldn’t mind Luther Burden early next year. Then Squirrel White day 3.
renndawg37
I love how outsiders and the national media are picking us to be terrible. This team always plays better when expectations are lower. The fact people think we will somehow be much worse than last year is absolutely ridiculous lol. They must think Levis is Josh Rosen or something.
deeluxx3
I'm anxious/curious to see how we approach the S position next to Hooker. I think we all expect a vet to come in, and I think that'll happen. I want someone who can bring the hammer. The Vaccaro/Byard duo was SO DOPE to watch.
Daniel
I don’t think we’re going to be terrible, but I don’t expect us to be very good. We have a lot of holes still, and our WR group is pretty old. Add in a first time head coach and a ton of new players that will need time to gel and we are going to be pretty bad to start, at least.

Again, last year as terrible as it felt at times there were games were we legit should have won, if not for the significant mistakes of players/coaches no longer here or officials. 1. New Orleans- Fulton getting burned late and the no call fumble. KB picking it up heading to endzone called dead. 2. Colts OT game at home. 3. Houston Texans game at Home (OT) 4. Seahawks game. Four games we could have/should have won. It's the woulda coulda game yes, but just putting that in perspective. 6 wins could have easily been 10 wins. And yeah games we won, we could have easily lost. Just like most NFL teams (wins and losses). But I remember Fulton getting beat in at least 2 games late that sealed victories for the other team. Bad line play. A decent LT and one more reliable CB last year, we could have been a playoff team, despite our lack of talent on the roster. That's my feeling, but I know others don't share that thought.
Dr.Doom52
I think our defense will be decidedly better than last year and our offense will be better. It really all depends on Levis, if he is legit we should compete for a WC...and this is coming from the world's worst pessimist!!! I will say in all fairness to the national media, there have been many off-season where I thought they were being ridiculous saying we were a bottom half team, then it turned out we were. We are just a throw away team to the national media, they don't spend any time looking at what we have done in the offseason, they just say bottom 5 team and only Titan fan's care. Then if we perform better and are like 5 and 2 after 7 games they start to pay a little attention...then we usually lose a game we shouldn't and back to ignoring us. I think a lot of our losses came from just a sheer lack of talent and poor in-game management from Vrabel (who really lost his situational football fastball last year). TBD if Cally is a better gameday head coach than Vrabel, who really shined on Sundays prior to last year, but I think our talent alone and (apparently) new coaching philosophies is going to make us a more competitive team than last year

This is really the long and short of it. Levis’s play will decide how far the team goes, but at least now there’s enough talent around him to actually make that the case. There are also enough holes that I don’t think this team can overcome many, if any, deficiencies in his play.

Daniel
If we get anything from Burks, it's going to be a hell of an indictment of the entire Titans staff.

It just shouldn't be the 1st requirement of your draft picks. lol
