If that's true we're going to have harsh competition from KC I'd imagine. They need a WR as much as we do and are fighting for another superbowl. I’m surprised that they weren’t in on Amari Cooper and didn’t look to add a WR during their bye week. Seems like it was would have been the perfect time to integrate someone into the offense. Tee Higgins is going to get a bag this offseason, IIRC Telesco never really spent big on skill position guys in free agency with the Chargers. Even before they drafted Mike Williams or he even became a factor they never spent big on skill guys in FA. It also has to do directly with cash spending, so even though we're under on cap space our cash spending can be at or over the cap number, which I believe we have been the last few years.
