The hate might be more directed at bubble (and maybe slip) screens, because they often don't work.

I mean, a lot of screens don't work and just end up looking dumb and messy.

But when they're executed well, even those bubble and slip screens usually look pretty cool to me.

Though it's fair on the bubble screen thing, they're really hard to execute well.  And these days, they've mostly been replace with bunch formation pick plays that accomplish more or less the same thing but more reliably.  They're just less elegant plays though.

Rams fans are sounding kinda desperate to legitimize the refs this game.

Y'all are hilarious. At least most of us Rams fans admitted the refs blew the neutral zone infraction. Imagine trying to claim Stafford taking a direct shot to the head long after he released the ball isn't roughing the passer. Weak stuff, Lions fan.

The difference in the game is those two redzone trips the Rams came away with two FGs. The Lions scored a TD.

Stafford is tough he will be back out there but this is where the league need to be consistent. If this was Mahomes definitely wouldve been roughing the passer. Im ok with the first hit but the second hit shouldve been flagged.
