Makes me think they are having difficulty finding proof of either or both actually occurring?

Sorry but you can't tell me if there's proof, the NFL wouldn't of hammered 1 or both clubs before this draft? 🤷‍♂️

Maybe. I think at most, it’s a 6 for Atlanta and a 7 for PHI and a fine for both. (Fines don’t matter though. It’s not our money. It’s the GM/HC/Owners money)

It'll probably be "stiff" but nowhere near as stiff as Vikings' fans were hoping.

a few Viking fans, please. don't lump us all in as a group thinking the penalty would be large.

Hopefully the decision has been postponed as the Falcons don't have enough draft capital in the 2024 draft to sufficiently compensate the Vikings for the damage caused by their rule breaking.

If this is the case I can understand the decision not yet being made

Cousins admitted to the tampering at his introductory press conference when he referred to meeting the Falcons trainer.

Maybe their punishment was that they had to draft Penix

Word on the street is that the Falcons athletic trainer who was the cause of ATLs shocking tampering discovered that Cousins Achilles wouldn't be fully healed at the start of the season. This is why the Falcons had to draft Penix at #8.

The ripple effect of ATLs tampering continues to grow. It really is shocking that the Falcons haven't been punished yet and the Vikings haven't been compensated

Expecting like a 3rd rounder for Atlanta in 2025, a 4th or 5th for Philly

He talked to a trainer and the PR guy. There'll be a penalty, but it's not like he hadn't already agreed to the contract. He talked to them tuesday after he already agreed on monday.

4/22: Schefter reports the situation(s) could be resolved this week.

4/23: Schefter reports they won't be resolved.

When do people think this finally gets resolved now that the draft is over?

It'll either be by end of August.befire the new season starts or it'll be after the Superbowl but before the new league year starts just to keep it from taking away from the season itself
