Jets are probably one of the top pass defenses in the league..so yeah not surprising. After Darnold threw that 1st down pass out of bounds he should've just run the clock out. I don't think there are necessarily trying to force to JJ. Few times when Addison was targetted, he was pretty tightly covered.
