So it's not like he truly "won with Dungy's team." He definitely reaped the benefits of one of the greatest defenses of all time. Name me a season where he underachieved based on the talent on his team. Completley agree on Pagano but I can't fault Gruden for waiting until an ideal situation presents itself. I think Oakland has a decent roster and John will do well. In todays age coaches are hired just to get fired. So if you can go to an ideal situation do it. But, it does feel like a spectacle.
