spilltray
Also it's not like it's a slam dunk players want grass. Some players have always preferred turf, even when it was basically a carpet.
Mazrimiv
This is sure a lot of turf vs grass discussion after an injury that likely had nothing to do with playing on turf vs grass.
Mazrimiv
Maybe an over simplification, but does GB have a better injury history than teams like MIN/DET? If grass fields provide some level of injury protection, GB fans should be happy that other teams are putting themselves at a higher level of injury risk. Science seems to have come to the conclusion that the solution to gay austistic kids is to chop their **** off and tell them they're a girl. Spare me the rhetoric about how great modern science is. As far as the owners changing to grass, either now, OR AT THE NEXT CBA THANK YOU!!! That's the ******* point. The players will need to negotiate the change to the rules. It's bull**** that they're trying to force this change through now. Sharing a Tweet from a known misinformation peddler sure is a choice. The bolded borderline transphobic **** is also a choice.

It is very possible this issue just hasn't gotten traction in the minds of some of the owners despite the obvious advantages. Inertia is real. You don't get sued for not doing the absolute safest thing at any time. The safest thing that could be done is to put everybody in a bubble and ensure no collision. The NFL isn't going to get sued for a lack of bubbles. Edited September 15, 2023 by AlexGreen#

Sure, but regardless of that, it hasn't been a big enough issue to motivate the owners to move it.

It seems like an easy call.

Packerraymond
Imagine crafting a statement because a player got messages from internet trolls. Not sure what the world is coming to at this point.
