Sounds like it's gonna be a really good time..............

Maybe dont put the eagles and packers in a matchup if green is a problem?

You would think the NFL would have considered this beforehand...

What is the over/under on number of fans who get shot traveling to the game because they didn't get the memo?

Also, who are the knuckleheads in the NFL office who didn't think this through?

Hey if this narrative helps the team stay focused on winning this game and not pulling a Ryan Lochte offsite, they can return and vacation elsewhere in Brazil during the offseason.

An NFL spokesman debunked Jacobs already.  Said that info was false and the teams aren't prohibited from wearing green on their unis.  It is possible the Packers have asked the players not to wear green in their non game attire. That may have been what Jacobs was referring to.

It's not really a gang issue. More like a soccer hooligan issue. They're playing at the Corinthians Soccer Club stadium. Corinthians is rivals with Palmeiras who wears green.

But if there's a danger of severe violence, what's the difference?

Packers fans prolly see very little of this kind of thing at Lambeau.  Some places you’d be a fool to wear opposing team colors to the game.  I’ve seen some wild **** at Dodger Stadium more than once.

Gangs in LA.

If you're getting in life or death violence over colors, you're in a gang. You're not a fan, you're in a gang.
