Right, he’s basically the new Ryan Fitzpatrick. A quality backup that still seems to have some starter intrigue for whatever reason. He wil bounce around to teams looking to draft a franchise QB and he can be a stop gap or places that have young QBs who’ve yet to take the next step. Harris, 30, is returning for a second season in Jonathan Gannon’s defense having started 14 games for the Eagles last season.
