That is unfortunate Slovakia had to face Finland in semifinal match instead of Gold match. Slovakia was excellent Olympic ice hockey team. I am old school, I guess, but that honor should be reserved for prominent lifelong Yankees. I’m even down on Bernie’s retired number. Along with Andy, Rizzuto, Jackson and Posada.
