Luck>Cousins>Foles>Tannehill. Luck is the 2nd best QB from the 2012 class from a pure talent perspective and was an elite passer before hanging it up. Cousin is a solid starter and while he has his issues, you could do worse. Foles is the only QB from the 2012 class to win a SB. You do not bench your veteran starter in the middle of a playoff race for a rookie QB unless they're a 1st rounder. It's still a terrible decision that highlights his thinking process.

I can tell you the only difference is so far is Josh Allen has the regime's long term commitment which is likely to be gone in a season or two.
