His hitch heavy form is a direct result of this mental collapse. Obviously there's not some injury that has forced him to shoot differently, it's all in his head. It's like those bigs who can shoot 90% in practice from the line but struggle to go 50% in games. They've got issues that can no longer be fixed with drills. Everyone knows Melo isn't a good defensive player. We are basically asking him to provide what Ryan Anderson should have provided for us on offense.
