Both. Not a 100% but the OL play has him skittish at the moment. He's expecting to be hit rather then assuming he's not. 

That's the result of the constant punishment he's been taking the past 3 Weeks!

He would play better if he was targeted. Cooks didn’t have the greatest reputation either.

Like 95%? Nothing physical, just a matter of his game processing speed maybe being a tad slower, maybe doesn't have the same confidence in his arm yet. Despite the OL play continuing to be poor, he seems to be gaining more confidence in himself and his arm with each week, but definitely concerning how much a beating he is taking.

I will say his throws look really weird today, I don't know if it's the weather. They're coming out of his arm looking like wobblers, even when they're on point and strong throws.

Agreed. He's a crybaby. Cooks is a baller. We just need him to stay healthy.

Honestly, next year! However I'll take a 90-95% Carson any day of the week. That number probably comes week 10 or later. I'd say he's in the mid 80's right now still hestitant about the knee.
