Beef sirloin Pork shoulder Pork sausage (bulk) although I would vote links over bulk but can't Pork ribs, easily Pork belly, aka: the widow maker, but what a way to die! I had to go with Beef Flank. When I was in college, flank steak was an affordable treat. Still love it for that reason. Plus, as good as brisket is, BBQ always makes me feel sick after I eat it.
