It's similar to Skype. Chat / Voice chat support. Can actually run it via browser, but it has a dedicated PC and smartphone app. It's frankly great. I just got the impression that: a) instantaneous chat was something that a few owners valued and: b) instantaneous chat that was privatized (not every owner could join in on) was something that a few owners had issue with; so I just tried to find a solution to suit both of these (pretty vocal) parties. I appreciate the effort to try to appease everyone and perhaps the NSFL discord server will be helpful for people trying to have open bidding for a trade (which we've seen before in the thread) but I don't know. This feels like a punishment for not doing anything wrong, which I also think is probably why pwny responded how he did (especially since he asked permission when it started and offered for you to monitor it, iirc).
