They got their ish pushed in once they won the first 2.. Like they were outclassed.. And Kawhi clearly was head and shoulders above Giannis.. And if you can't admit to that you're a po(esss) homer. Yeah, you once again, continue to show how clueless you really are. Held double digit 2nd half leads in 5 and 6, lost in 2 OT in game 3. Yep. Totally got outclassed. The difference in the series was the playoffs experience and executing late in games. Anyone that can't see that is beyond out of touch with reality. We've got owners who are more concerned with protecting their bottom line and not crossing the luxury tax threshold. We've currently got the Bucks who made it to the ECF were more concerned with staying below the luxury tax than retaining their own guys, we've got the Thunder who are reportedly looking to cut salary to get under the luxury tax, etc. But no, you'll choose to focus only on what you want to. You'll ignore the fact that the Lakers went from having two of the worst contracts in the NBA in Timofey Mozgov and Luol Deng, and now we're looking at a roster with LeBron James and Anthony Davis and room for a max FA. But yeah, Jeanie Buss is the worst owner in all of professional sports. Yup. Not too shabby.

Hired Rob P because he was Kobe's agent and hired Magic because he was an All-Time Lakers great, despite neither guy really being a good fit. Supported hiring Luke Walton and then supported hiring Frank Vogel... Not to mention the team is 163-329 (.331) since she took over but okay. Lol at waving away the Jim Buss years as if they never happened. And speaking as a fan of the Redskins, Jeanie isn't even close to becoming the worst owner in sports. That's a fact. The Lakers have the biggest FA advantage in the league, have had 3 top 2 picks and a number of other firsts, and LeBron freaking James. Yet she hired incompetent people to run the organizaiton and they've been the worst team in the league for the last half-decade... Considering her bottomless wallet, a number of high draft picks, the ability to recruit any front office executive or coach she'd want, and all of the history in LA, she has been absolutely terrible so far. In before you make some sort of comment about how the Lakers "lucked" into the situation. Rich Paul taking over as GM certainly helped their case. But if they miss on Kawhi they're in trouble and LeBron isn't getting another ring.

It's not a damn tin foil hat...for the upteenth time, the Lakers are one of the very FEW organizations that doesn't leak things to Woj. It's been that way for YEARS. What team(s) is Woj not able to report about their draft picks PRIOR to the selection? The Lakers. And I don't even subscribe to the theory that Woj hates LeBron for not letting him break the news of his movement. But I do believe the fact that Woj doesn't get anything from the Lakers. Prior to the last year or so, how many times as he talked about the Clippers as an attractive FA destination? Not much. But suddenly in the last year or so, he's talking about how the Clippers are this premier FA destination. What gives?

LA will let him do what he wants La will be competitive for years with him and AD even after Bron leaves he gets to stay home he can take a full multi year max instead of a 1+1 with Toronto. We all saw what happened to KD you could be hurt at any time. You can’t risk not getting that full Max.
