He's getting better yet need the same offense 2 years at least. I dont know what he'll ultimately become - but I think he needs his game broken down and rebuilt - in a steady environment. This is one of the dumber things on the internet currently. Young QB's generally struggle. Nobody is saying he's going to turn into a great QB, but he's had three systems in three years.
